Including: - Streetlight out (Single Out or Many Out) - Flickering / Cycling On/Off - On in the Daytime - Noisy (buzzing) Light This includes streetlights on a Residential and Major Roadway, Underpass, Walkway between houses as well as a Pedestrian Bridge or Tunnel.
