Use this service request to report roadway defects or maintenance concerns on public roadways. Issues include cracks/uneven surfaces, dusty gravel roads, excavation/utility cuts, railway crossing (NOT LRT), and sinkholes. NOTE: The City does NOT maintain private roads.
